Deposition Library
SmartClaimsPro provides its members with a Deposition Library populated with sample deposition transcripts from actual claims that have begun the litigaStion process. The transcripts are uploaded into our database and available for members to review. Members are encouraged to add new transcripts to the database after they complete depositions during their own claim’s process. The library continues to grow each time a member uploads a new deposition transcript. The goal of the Deposition Library is to be a comprehensive research bank that members can use to prepare for upcoming depositions or review common issues that may pop up during the discovery process.

Examinations Under Oath
In this section, members will find a list of questions that opposing counsel use during Examinations Under Oath. The questions are sometimes invasive and may seem irrelevant.
